Core Advantages
Step and Ramp Profiles for Different Footwork
Foam steps provide defined footholds, while inclined modules provide a continuous slope. When a supervised route alternates between the two, children practise stepping up and controlling their descent in the same circuit, using a different movement pattern on each profile.
Distinct Stations for Balance and Crawling
Low balance sections and crawl-through elements create separate upright and floor-level tasks. During a guided group session, these contrasting shapes identify what to do at each station, allowing the instructor to alternate balance work and crawling in a clear activity sequence.
Wipe-Clean Covered Foam Surfaces
Coated covers enclose the foam in a continuous outer contact surface. Between group sessions, staff can wipe the exposed faces directly, keeping routine surface cleaning on the cover while the foam core remains enclosed inside each play piece.
Custom Indoor Play Gym Equipment
We develop the set from the room plan, target age group and intended activity sequence. Individual modules are cut and covered to the approved shapes, then arranged within the agreed movement area. Heights, spacing and attachment details are specified together so individual pieces function as a coordinated play route.

Quality Control
Incoming foam, covers and fastening components are checked for identity, dimensions and visible defects. Material changes are reviewed against the approved specification before cutting begins.
Production inspection checks module profiles, seam closure and cover fit. Closures and attachments are examined for loose ends, exposed hard parts and incomplete fastening.
Completed modules are checked for stability, assembly fit and surface condition in their intended arrangement. The full set is counted against the order, with any defective cover or incorrectly formed piece corrected before packing.

FAQ
Q: What is the minimum order?
A: The minimum order is one set.
Q: Can the equipment be collected by our freight agent?
A: Yes. Supply is EXW, with the packed goods collected from our factory.
Q: Can loose modules be stacked to make taller obstacles?
A: Use only the stacking and attachment arrangements shown in the supplied layout; loose play blocks are not structural supports.
Q: How should modules be stored between sessions?
