Elevator Delivery for Glass Bottles
A motorized pickup elevator travels on two axes to receive the selected bottle and transfer it to the collection point. During dispensing, the bottle is supported along the delivery route, avoiding the impact associated with an unsupported drop into the pickup area.
Adjustable Refrigeration for the Wine Assortment
Compressor refrigeration operates over an adjustable 4–12°C range. When the stocked wine assortment changes, the temperature setting can be matched to the intended chilled service condition, while the insulated cabinet limits heat entering from the surrounding indoor space.
Clear Labels Behind Heated Display Glass
The front uses heated double tempered glass. When the chilled interior meets warmer, humid air outside, the heated glazing limits condensation on the viewing area so bottle labels remain visible during selection without opening the cabinet.
Custom Wine Vending Machine
Wine-brand artwork, menu language and the venue's payment integration requirements establish the custom specification. We finish and wrap the cabinet, configure the bottle-selection interface and integrate the selected payment hardware during assembly, producing a machine aligned with the wine collection and retail setting.

Cabinet stock, display panels and purchased electrical components undergo incoming inspection for dimensional conformity and surface condition. Materials and components are matched to the production requirements before assembly begins.
In-process inspection covers elevator mounting alignment, internal clearance and cable routing. Inspectors examine the moving assembly for loose attachments and interference, then check access-panel fit and the finished frame before complete-machine testing.
All units are inspected before packing. Final performance and safety checks cover the complete machine in operation, with acceptance of the assembly and electrical condition required before dispatch.
